| Thirty-six year old slipped and fell down stairs in an Applebee's restaurant sustaining a fractured ankle which required surgery.
She had noticed that the steps leading to the upstairs dining area were wet when she arrived. Over an hour later while leaving the restaurant she slipped and fell down the stairs. We were able to prove that the restaurant staff failed to use reasonable care and mop the wet floor.
